THE SMILING

HEART MEDITATION

We are not 100% sure where this mediation originated from. It appears all over the internet in different variations. Our thanks and gratitude goes out to whomever brought this meditation into the world.

One of us had recently completed a 21 day 'Smiling Heart Challenge' and had started sharing the mediation with others. What inspired him was how the mediation had an instant positive impact on the person receiving it.

 

It achieved our goal of providing something simple that brings love and warmth into people’s life!

SUGGESTIONS FOR DAILY PRACTICE

It is simple and can be done anywhere. If you Smile at your Heart regularly your life will become happier. This meditation will transform your life!

​

At a minimum we would suggest that you spend the first and last minute of every day smiling at your heart.

 

That’s it…our suggested minimum is 2 minutes each day!

2 - 15 MINUTES & BEYOND

The more often and longer you practice this meditation the more benefit we gain. If it feels right, please try increasing the amount of time you dedicate to this meditation each day.

7-DAY CHALLENGE

 

 

Wear your badge above your heart every day for a week. Anytime you feel yourself getting negatively, emotionally triggered ie: feeling worried, angry, upset, fearful etc simply put your hand on your badge, (if you are not able to do that just visualise yourself doing it) and SMILE at your HEART until you feel the negative emotion go.
